Use screw conveyor to transport powder to the sagger, with weighing sensor, blocking positioning mechanism, jacking mechanism, dustproof mechanism, etc. to achieve quantitative weighing;
The weighing weight can be set on the touch screen, the weighing range is 01~100Kg, the accuracy is ±5-25g according to the parameter setting, and the speed is 15-28 seconds/time.
Use positioning mechanism, clamping mechanism, rotating mechanism and realize 180℃ pouring; pouring speed is 10-30S each time, the speed can be adjusted; driving mechanism: high-precision motor, two-way stroke cylinder; internally made of PA material; using positioning mechanism , Double-stroke lifting mechanism, clamping mechanism, and the use of the shape of the lower open bowl to realize the stacking of saggers and save more space.
Use pin (insert block) components to cooperate with positioning mechanism, jacking mechanism, etc. to realize material with holes or grooves, which is beneficial to the sintering process; directly install on the line body to make full use of space. The mold can be diversified: pin punching, cutting, etc. .
The bowl-loading, vibrating, flat-jack, and bowl-stacking integrated machine is connected to each station by a ceramic roller conveyor line, so that the kiln and various transfer machines cooperate to form a closed-loop transportation.
